(Noun; Entertainment) A genre of television programming that blurs the line between fiction and non-fiction by featuring real people in scripted situations for our entertainment pleasure.

Reality TV: Two contestants are standing on opposite sides of a room filled with marshmallows while being instructed to eat as many as possible without using their hands - all while cameras roll around them capturing every moment for posterity (and ratings).
