Galaxies

Definition

(Noun; Astronomy) Galaxies: A vast collection of stars and dust that will never know how insignificant they are in the grand scheme of things.

Galaxies: In a distant corner of space two galaxies collided together creating an explosion so bright it lit up the night sky with its own rainbow hues!

Usage

If galaxies were people they'd be like a group of old friends who've known each other for years but still can't remember each others' names!

Insight

What did one galaxy say to the other? "I'm feeling kind of star-crossed today!"

Origin

The word 'galaxy' was first coined by an ancient alien race when their spaceship crashed into a cluster of stars and planets - it seemed fitting at the time!
